With our system-independent and flexibly applicable e-converter, we electronically map all administrative processes related to logistics services for you.
In addition to sending EDI messages, the eConverter also enables you to add value along the flow of information. Your data is enriched, for example, by comparing the shipping notification and the electronic delivery note the electronic exchange of accounted billing data completes your electronic process. Even without ERP interfaces, the eConverter offers connection options for the TIT landscape of Taskin for your computer systems.
The eControl web module provides you with all the relevant key figures for your orders at a glance. On this basis, we regularly conduct KVP workshops with you to increase cost efficiency. ´
ePallet is your insight into the accounts of all loading devices that are subject to tracking. When the packaging is handed over to Taskin, it will be credited to your ePallet account - debited accordingly when it is returned. All account data is available as an Excel download.
With quick and easy access to web-based shipment tracking, you get seamless real-time information about where your goods are at package level. Delivery information and delivery receipts are provided directly in the web platform via eTracking. The archive function gives you an overview of your shipments, delivery receipts and additional documents over a certain period of time. The shipment status of your goods can also be reported directly to the ERP system via interfaces.
The eWMS enables you to interact with our warehouse. For example, you can start outsourcing with minimal effort and have a holistic overview of the warehouse utilization, process flows and goods movements of your goods in our warehouse.
With the invoice cover sheet, you will only receive a single page by post or email, on which you will find the relevant information for internal assignments and input tax deduction. The eInvoice gives you access to all performance-related details that can be saved as a PDF file or Excel table.
